  Standard Terms for custom bikes/frames: • All Sales are Final. • All orders are COD. A non-refundable 50% minimum deposit is required on all custom frameset orders. If you are purchasing a complete assembled bicycle I am requiring that your deposit be increased to cover the cost of the components, with the contract balance due upon promised delivery date.• All order delivery times are quoted and are subject to change. • Changes: Requested changes may or may not be possible depending on production schedule and status; and may affect promised delivery date. Agreed-to changes must be paid for prior to work progressing. • Cancellations: Order cancellations or any portion thereof are allowed only upon written consent, and are subject to cancellation fees deemed appropriate for each individual case. • Non-Payment: We reserve the right to charge and recover on invoices which are not paid within 20 days. In the case of custom frames/bikes on which a deposit has been made and which the customer unilaterally cancels after the item has been built, we reserve the right to recover any remaining balance by selling the item on the open market. The customer may be entitled to that portion of such sale proceeds as exceed the balance of their contract less cancellation fees, any recovery fees, selling expenses, and interest. • All orders are deemed to be offers to purchase in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Sale. • I reserve the right to refuse to accept any order submitted to me. The acceptance of an order is expressly made conditional upon your assent to these Terms & Conditions of Sale. All this being said, I want each and every customer to be absolutely pleased with their purchase and will "go the extra mile" to assure such satisfaction. Currently, my frame warranty is for two years; however, I will examine any product problem individually and work with my customer in mutual good faith to resolve product issues beyond this period.
