      If you are packing your bike to ship to Huberbikes we would like to deliver it to you with exactly your riding setup. Please take the time to carefully mark your seat and handlebar positions. Tape or mark around the seatpost at the clamp. Handlebars and aerobars can be indexed by two adjacent dots on the stem and bars and clamp and bars. If your bars are black a silver Sharpie is ideal for this. Also note how many spacers are under and over your stem on thread-less style headsets. We recommend that you keep personal items like shoes or any necessity with you so there is no danger of misplacement. Also, if you are borrowing a case, please take the time to securely attach your name for this trip.

      Your assembly and tune will consist of assembly and inspection of your bike, adjustment of derailluers, brakes, headset, and wheel truing. We will also wipe down the frame and lube chain where needed. If your bike is very dirty we may wash it ($15.00) we feel this is necessary in order to properly inspect your bike. We may also replace any critical part that is questionable to a maximum of $25.00. If we notice anything more we will call or email you.
      If you have a difficult repair Huberbikes is the place to bring it. Chris is a master framebuilder and has a full understanding of materials, fasteners, and how everything on a bike is supposed to work. If you have stripped aerobars or a bent derailluer hanger—even a frame damaged in transport—Chris can inspect, advise and most likely repair it.

      To ship your bike or make a reservation for assembly fill out our shipping form and select which service package or bundle you need. You can pay online with a credit card. We are located conveniently near the Ironman Expo. Parking is available. Our Address for shipping is on our simple form. To ship your bike via UPS you will need a case or box that complies with their shipping guidelines. Check ups.com or call 1.800 pick ups. FedEx (fedex.com or 1.800 gofedex) will accept a larger case than UPS. If you ship a larger bike case with FedEx our return service rate may be higher. Shipping rates listed on this web site are for domestic shipping only.
